Event: Thunder Carnival 2008

Set
in one of the halls of the University, the 3-day event has managed to
attract the students and also some of the residence that lived nearby
the area. It was great. It was like a open free market where students
have the chance to re-equip their computers or lap tops with some new
gadgets or add-ons.
And with those add-ons, they are able to
play Lineage II as well. Many were unaware of online games and had the
opportunity to experience the never ending experience in online gaming.
Like
the first Carnival held in INTI College, Lineage II posters, folders
and DVD Game Clients were given out free with every new registration
and it was great! Many students were more than willing to try out the
game and was awed by its amazing graphics and game play (and its
freebies that came along with it).
Selling like hot-cakes, we
almost ran out of stock by day-2 and had to control the flow of
freebies that were given out. It’s always a pleasure to see teens eager
enough to try out new things and they all went home with smiles on
their faces. Rewarding indeed.
